PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degree-of-dependence diagnosis device that enables self-diagnosis of a game player's degree of dependence on a game.;SOLUTION: A degree-of-dependence diagnosis button is displayed on a prize selection device together with a prize icon for selecting a prize. When a game player selects the degree-of-dependence diagnosis button and answers displayed question items, a diagnosis result is displayed based on the answers.
