浅析城市动拆迁的纠纷与解决对策

With the frequent arising of relocation dispute,the urban dispute has increasingly become the subject of attention and research.However,the status quo is that urban dispute countermeasure capacity is weak,so it is imminent to establish the effective and suitable for practical urban crisis countermeasure system.This from a legal perspective,relocation,and demolition for people the Government three root causes of conflict and game equilibrium points of interest and explore solutions such as the humane relocation disputes.%动拆迁纠纷在城乡一体文明深度推进中频发并日益激烈,使得动拆迁纠纷成为人们重视和研究的课题,而与之相对应的现状是我国动拆迁纠纷解决能力却比较薄弱,因些探讨该纠纷的解决对策迫在眉睫。本文从法律的角度审视政府、拆迁人、被拆迁人三方利益冲突的根源和博弈均衡点,并探讨了人性化的拆迁纠纷等解决对策。
