新型隔热混凝土强度和导热系数试验研究

         

摘要

With the increasing depth of coal mining, roadway in higher temperature to operation and construc-tion, the use of air conditioning refrigeration equipment not only the effect not good and but also high cost, by adding a certain proportion on replacing part of the cement and fly ash haydite, vitrified microspheres and produce concrete as the spray layer of roadway, ceramsite is analyzed with the method of variance analysis, vitrified beads and other factors, such as dosage of fly ash to concrete strength and heat insulation performance, experimental re-sults show that this new type of concrete not only meet the requirements of strength of spraying layer and heat insu-lation effect is very ideal, for roadway thermal pollution governance has a wider application prospect.%随着煤矿开采深度不断增加,巷道内温度较高无法进行作业和建设,采用空调等制冷仪器不仅效果不佳且成本较高,通过掺加一定比例陶粒、玻化微珠和粉煤灰替代部分水泥而生产出的混凝土作为巷道喷层,采用方差分析法分析了陶粒、玻化微珠和粉煤灰掺量等因素对于混凝土强度和隔热性能影响,试验结果表明:这种新型混凝土不仅满足喷层强度要求而且隔热效果也十分理想,对于巷道热害的治理具有较为广泛的应用前景。
