超声波辐射法快速制备芳香双酰胺化合物

摘要

In order to providing a new method to synthesize aromatic bisamides,we used three kinds of bisacid chlorides and five kinds of aromatic amine compounds as the starting materials to synthesize fifteen aromatic bisamides at 25 ℃.The method has the advantages of mild conditions and simple post-treatment.And based on the findings,adopting ultrasonic is an effective method to shorten the reaction time and improve the reaction yield.Experimental results showed,all compounds get more than 90%yield by ultrasonic radiation fifteen minutes with the mole ratio of amine/acyl chloride 2.05 : 1, CH 2 Cl250 mL(0.25 mmol bisacid chloride),and filtering under suction without any catalyst at room temperature.%提供一种合成芳香双酰胺化合物的新方法:采用二氯甲烷作溶剂,3种双酰氯作为底物,在25℃下与5种芳胺反应,合成15种芳香双酰胺化合物.该方法反应条件温和,后处理简单.并在其基础上发现,采用超声波辐射法能有效缩短反应时间,提高反应产率,是合成此类化合物一种新的有效途径.结果表明,采用超声波辐射法制备芳香双酰胺,不需要加催化剂,选择n(胺):n(酰氯)=2.05:1的投料比,50 mL二氯甲烷(酰氯0.25 mmol),25℃下超声反应15 min,抽滤洗涤,所有产物的产率均大于90%.
