工程项目进度管理建设初探

摘要

工程项目建设进度受诸多因素影响,这就要求工程项目管理人员在事先对影响进度的各种因素进行全面调查研究,预测、评估这些因素对工程建设进度产生的影响,并编制可行的进度计划。采取各种赶工措施使工程建设项目及早竣工,尽快发挥工程建设投资的经济效益。本文所提及的仅仅是一些定性分析,也是个人一种认识,其中还有许多问题有待深入探讨和研究。%The project construction schedule affected by many factors,which requires project management personnel in advance of the various factors that affect the progress of a comprehensive research,forecasting,assessment of these factors on the impact of the construction progress and the progress of preparation of a viable plan.Take various measures to make up the works of construction projects completed as early as possible,as soon as possible to play the economic benefits of investment in construction.This paper mentioned only some of the qualitative analysis,but also an understanding person,of which there are many issues to be further explored and examined.
