医学生志愿服务的作用与志愿体系的构建

摘要

Though a briefly analysis on the connotation of volun-tary service and the characteristics of medical students, this paper discusses the role of voluntary service in the development of medical students from the following aspects:it helps construct an effective platform for the comprehensive development of medical students; it is conducive to medical students' ability cultivation and specialty sublimation;it can provide a "laboratory" for PBL teaching of medical education;it can promote social harmony and create economic benefits. Based on the above analysis of their in-ner relations, the writer proposes the exploration from organiza-tions, training systems, review systems, report systems and evalu-ation systems, aiming to help construct a voluntary service system for medical students.%通过对志愿服务内涵及医学生自身特点的简单分析，从志愿服务搭建医学生全面成长的有效平台；志愿服务有利于医学生长才干、精专业；志愿服务提供医学教育PBL教学的“实验场”；志愿服务促进社会和谐、创造经济效益等方面探讨了志愿服务在医学生成才中的作用，基于这种内在关系的分析，提出从组织机构、培训体系、评议制度、汇报制度、评价体系等方面积极探索，努力构建医学生志愿服务体系。
