情感教育在教育教学中占有重要地位，教师合理地利用情感教育可以提升课堂教学效果，小学美术课堂教学的提高需要学校、教师和社会多方面的共同努力：学校要重视美术课的地位；教师要针对不同年龄段的学生进行不同的教育；社会要提供课程资源为学校美术教育提供有力保障。%Emotional education occupies an important role in ed-ucation and teaching, so a reasonable use of emotional education can help improve the effect of classroom teaching. The improve-ment of primary school fine arts classroom teaching needs the joint effort of schools, teachers and the society. Schools should attach importance to the role of fine arts; teachers should carry out individualized education in accordance with students' differ-ent ages; the society should provide advantageous guarantee for school fine arts education through providing curriculum re-sources.
