车削细长轴在实训教学中的研究

如何将细长轴类零件顺利完成车削加工，是车工培训必须掌握的知识，通过对细长轴类零件结构的分析，找出难以加工的原因，并根据车削加工的特点，讨论并解决细长轴零件难以加工的问题，通过这一措施，提高学生对车削加工过程中此类问题的分析和处理能力。%How to turn slender shafts smoothly is the necessary knowledge in turner training. Through the analysis of the struc-ture of parts of shaft elongated, the turner can find out the reasons for difficult turning, and discusses and solves them in accordance with the characteristics of the turning. By this measure, we can improve students' ability to analyze and to deal with such prob-lems in turning process.
