心理契约在高校学生社团组织中的应用

摘要

Due to the particularity of university education system in China, the functions of student associations are greatly diff er-ent from those of Western countries. With the progress of univer-sity reform, how to enhance the functions of student associations and realize the incentive objectives, in order to promote students' self-education and improve the education effectiveness, is a key point of the current exploration and practice of university student administrators.%由于我国高校教育体制的特殊性，学生社团组织作用与西方差别较大，随着高校改革的推进，如何增强其功能，实现激励目标，以促进学生自我教育，提高管理成效，是高校学生管理者目前探索实践的重点。
