佛山中小企业法律风险防范机制构建

摘要

This paper focuses on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, puts forward the necessity of Foshan small and medium-sized enterprises to establish the legal risk prevention mechanism. The reasons of legal risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Foshan City were ana-lyzed, and on the basis of Foshan City, the establishment of the legal risk prevention mechanism for small and medium-sized en-terprises was preliminarily discussed, in order to reduce legal risks caused by the unnecessary loss of business, and insure the cautious and prudent development of enterprises.%本文着眼于佛山市中小企业发展的特定背景与现实状况，提出佛山市中小企业建立法律风险防范机制的必要性。对佛山市中小企业经营过程的法律风险产生原因进行了分析，在此基础上对佛山市中小企业建立法律风险防范机制进行了初步探讨，以期达到减少法律风险引起的企业不必要的损失，保障企业谨慎、稳健的发展的目的。
