关于高职院校班风学风建设的一点浅见

The quality of class and study style is of great signifi-cance to students' growth. This paper analyzed the problems existing in the construction of class and study style, and sum-marized some good methods in accordance with the writer's own working experience, such as paying attention to monitor elec-tion; proposing unique reward and punishment methods; paying attention to the training of students' teamwork spirit and self-confidence.%班风学风的好坏，对学生的成长有很大的影响，本文分析了现代大专生在班风学风建设中存在的问题，及根据自己的工作经验总结出一些建设好的班风学风的方法。如：注重班长的选举；根据自己班级情况提出特有的奖罚办法；注重培养学生的团队精神和自信心。
