本文通过研究"秀选"活动对高职生社会化的影响,有助于推动"个人梦"与"中国梦"的统一,从而促进高职生在未来职业生涯过程中践行"中国梦".%The study of the influence of"talent-search show"on the socialization of higher vocational students is conducive to the unification of "personal dream" and "China Dream", so as to promote higher vocational students to practice"China Dream"in their future careers.
