理工科院校英语分级教学改革的新方向--从《大学英语教学指南（征求意见稿）》谈起

2015年，教育部高等学校大学外语教学指导委员会研究并制定出《大学英语教学指南（征求意见稿）》，再一次调整了教学目标，提出了新的课程设置框架，并鼓励使用新的教学手段。在分析其创新之处的基础之上，本文探讨了其为理工科院校大学英语分级教学改革带来的新思路。%In 2015, the Steering Committee of College Foreign Language Teaching in Colleges and Universities of Ministry of E-ducation researched and formulated "Guide to College English Teaching (Exposure Draft)"which adjusts the teaching objectives once more, proposes a new framework of curriculum setting, and encourages the application of new teaching means. Based on an-alyzing its innovations, this paper explores the new ideas it brings to hierarchical English teaching reform in engineering colleges and universities.
