高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分，近几年得到了前所未有的发展，特别是国家加大了对本科职业教育的政策支持力度，而作为高等教育新趋势的应用型本科教育，已成为国内高等职业教育研究的热点。本文立足高等职业教育的研究立场，针对目前郑州都市区建设中经济社会对高素质技术技能人才的需要，通过对国外职业教育、应用技术型本科教育及我国普通本科高职教育成功经验的分析，同时结合国家重大政策文件，探索应用型本科高职教育的人才培养目标、专业设置、课程建设、产学研合作、师资队伍等问题。%As an important component of higher education in China, higher vocational education has achieved unprecedented development in recent years, especially under the strengthened national policy support for undergraduate vocational education, while application-oriented undergraduate education, as the new trend of higher education, has become a hot topic in domestic and foreign research on higher vocational education. Based on the re-search of higher vocational education, in view of the demand of the economy and society for high-quality and technical talents in the current construction of Dushi District of Zhengzhou, through analyzing the successful experience of foreign vocational educa-tion and application-oriented undergraduate education as well as China's regular undergraduate higher vocational education, and combining with important national policies, this paper explores the talent cultivation objectives, specialty arrangement, curricu-lum construction, production-study-research cooperation and teaching staff of application-oriented undergraduate higher voca-tional education.
