With the deepening of China's education and curricu-lum reform, the ability of teachers to develop school-based cur-riculum has exerted more and more influence on the effect of curriculum reform, which requires that teachers for school-based curriculum development should have high quality. But rural teachers' inadequate abilities and limited opportunities to receive further training has restricted their school-based curriculum de-velopment. In view of the characteristics and environment of the current teaching in China's rural areas, this paper explores the professional development of rural teachers in the development of school-based curriculum.%随着我国教育课程改革的不断深入,在校教师的校本课程开发能力对课程改革效果的影响变得越来越重,这就要求进行校本课程开发的教师在素质上有一定的高度。而农村教师在校本课程开发中由于自身能力的不足以及能够接受到的进修机会有限,制约了农村教师的校本开发。本文针对当前我国农村教学的特点以及教学环境对农村教师在校本课程开发中的专业发展做一个探讨。
