“微时代”高校辅导员的“网络意见领袖”塑造路径探索

At present, the development of new media has entered a new stage, namely, micro-age, which is significantly influenc-ing and changing college students' ideologies and daily behaviors. Under this environment, we should cultivate college counselors to be online opinion leaders who can keep abreast of contemporary college students' ways of thinking and acting, thus helping them to cultivate a correct outlook on the world, life and values. But there are many unexpected problems in this process, so this pa-per analyzes the problems and puts forward some solutions to them.%目前，新媒体的发展进入了一个新阶段———微时代。大学生的思想观念和日常行为受微时代的影响发生了巨大的改变。在微时代这个大环境下，将高校辅导员塑造成网络意见领袖，发挥其意见领袖的作用才能契合当代大学生的思维方式和行动方式，让他们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。但高校辅导员成为“网络意见领袖”路途遥远、过程艰辛，会遇到许许多多不可预料的问题。文章从微时代入手分析高校辅导员成为意见领袖过程中遇到的问题，并针对问题提出了相关的解决方案。
