金坛盐矿采卤过程中中心管堵塞特征分析及处理方法

摘要

It was introduced two cases of the central tube clogging in the process of mining in Jintan Salt Mine and analyzed its formation reason and characteristics.It was analyzed and summed up the characteristics and treatment processes of sand plug with example,which pointed out that sand plug occurred easily when the reverse circulation was switched to the circulation and put forward the effective measure to avoid sand plug.It has certain guiding significance to the production.%文章介绍了金坛盐矿在开采过程中中心管堵塞常见的两种情形,分析和总结了其形成原因及特点.佐以实例重点分析了砂堵的特征及处理工艺:指出反循环采卤切换到正循环采卤时易发生砂堵现象,并提出了有效规避砂堵的方法,对生产具有一定指导意义.
