From the point of the new Marxism materialism,combining with China's reality especially the experiences of economic system reform since the reform and open,and from the perspective of academic history,this article dis-cusses a basic thought of Marxism political economics based on the meaning of sharing and enjoying together. The re-search argues that the profit sharing system with more than 100 years history is an important system alternative to deal with the Commons dilemma(that is to say,state-owned system should not prevent individual ownership) and capital exploitation problem of Marx. At the same time,a property sharing model is established according to Marx's theory of surplus value which takes the labor property theory as the main framework.%从马克思新唯物论的视角,结合中国现实,特别是我国改革开放以来的经济体制改革经验,从学术史的层面,探讨了一种建立在分享与共享意义上的当代马克思主义政治经济学的基本思路.研究认为,100多年来的利润分享制度是化解康芒斯难题(即"集体所有制不应妨碍个人所有权")和马克思关于资本剥削问题的一个重要的时代制度选项;同时,依据马克思的剩余价值学说建立了一个以劳动产权理论为基本框架的产权分享模型.
