Objective To optimize the preparation technology of chuanxiong volatile oil microcapsule by complex coacervation. Methods Using gelatin and arabic gum as wall materials and embedding rate as evaluation index to design optimum conditions by response surface experiments. Results The optimum conditions were as follows: the concentration of wall materials was 4.6%, the ratio of wall material to core material was 4.9: l,complex coacervation mixture pH=4.0.Conclusion The microcapsule preparation technology optimized by response surface experiments is stable, the average embedding rate reached to 88.58%.%目的 研究复凝聚法制备川芎挥发油微胶囊的最佳工艺.方法 采用明胶和阿拉伯胶作为壁材制备川芎挥发油微胶囊,以包埋率为评价指标,通过响应面试验设计优化工艺条件.结果 最佳工艺条件:壁材浓度为4.6%、壁材/芯材为4.9:1、复凝聚时混合液pH 4.0.结论 经优化的复凝聚法制备川芎挥发油微胶囊工艺稳定,平均包埋率达88.58%.
