基于AHP法的辽阳市农村新能源开发决策研究

摘要

Based on the full investigation of new energy resource and development status,applying the method of AHP,a comprehensive evaluation on new energy in Liaoyang rural areas was carried out through 7 rule layer factors and 5 decision layer factors.Results showed that energy reserves and technological level were the more important factors among these rule factors,respectively making up 50％ and 30％.Biogas project occupied an important part in new energy development decision,the weights was 50.3％.Then a "one axis-one belt-one area" planning and layout of the new energy was formulated in Liaoyang rural areas.%在对辽阳市农村新能源资源现状和开发利用情况全面调研的基础上,采用AHP法通过7个准则层因素和5个方案层因素对辽阳市农村新能源开发决策进行综合评价.结果表明:准则层中能源资源禀赋和技术水平权重分别占全部的50％和30％,说明在开发决策中能源资源储量和技术进步较为重要;方案层中沼气工程权重值达到50.3％,在所有开发决策方案中最为重要;并制订了未来辽阳市农村新能源的“一轴一带一片”规划布局.
