地铁地下式停车场的设计特点分析

         

摘要

国内地铁停车场占地普遍较大,随着城市的发展,城区内进行停车场的选址已经成为制约地铁建设的重要因素之一.提出建设地下式地铁停车场的必要性,并结合地下停车场工程特征从设计原则、停车场占地、工艺布置、室内外消防及排水、房屋建筑设计等方面分析建设地下停车场的设计特点,并从集约利用土地资源的角度分析建设地下停车场存在的问题及应对措施.研究结果为停车场运用库及辅助生产房屋、综合维修设备房屋易设在地下,乘务员公寓及食堂建议设在地面;消防设计要在前期设计时与当地消防主管部门沟通.研究结论为后续地下停车场或车辆段工程设计提供参考依据.%With the development of the city, the location of the parking lot has become one of the important factors that restrict the metro construction due to the fact that the domestic metro parking lot often covers a large area. This paper analyzes the metro engineering design scheme and the existing problems of underground parking lot in perspective of metro design specification, vehicle repair technology, indoor and outdoor fire control and drainage, building design, and puts forward counter measures in terms of the feasibility of construction of the underground parking lot, the intensive utilization of land resources. The research results show that the underground parking garage, auxiliary production houses, the integrated maintenance facilities, the steward apartment and canteen should be located underground and the fire protection design should be coordinated with the local fire department at an early stage. The research conclusions may provide references for the design of subsequent underground parking lot or metro depot.
