The paper reviews the main jobs done by the First Committee of National Traction Power Supply Equipment and System Standardization Technology.On the basis of introducing the current situation confronting the railway standardization work,analyzing the functions and demand of standardization work in the scientific development of railway,pointing out the influence of standards on the global economy and social development,the author puts forwards the overall thoughts and major tasks of the Second Committee of National Traction Power Supply Equipment and System Standardization Technology.Guidelines are given to improve the work of the Committee of National Traction Power Supply Equipment and System Standardization Technology.%回顾第一届全国牵引电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会的主要工作。在介绍铁路标准化工作面临的形势、分析标准化工作在铁路科学发展中的作用和需求、指出标准对全球经济和社会发展的影响的基础上,提出第二届全国牵引电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会工作的总体思路和主要任务。对改进和完善全国牵引电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会工作提出指导意见。
