基于监控量测的隧道围岩分级方法及其应用研究

         

摘要

以建设中的渝万高速铁路孙家湾隧道为例,通过现场实测获取了岩石单轴饱和抗压强度、岩体完整性系数、地下水影响修正系数、主要软弱结构面产状影响修正系数。运用监控量测和扩张卡尔曼滤波非确定性反分析技术,获得了围岩初始地应力状态影响系数。在此基础上计算了修正后的岩体基本质量指标[BQ]值,并对隧道掌子面附近围岩进行了分级。结果表明:采用基于现场监控量测的分级方法,能够快速获得围岩的真实等级,为修正设计阶段的围岩等级和优化施工方法提供依据。%Taking Sunjiawan tunnel of express railway from Chongqing to Wanzhou as an example,the uniaxial saturated compressive strength of rock,rock integrity coefficient,groundwater influence correction factor and the influence correction factor of main weak structural plane were obtained by means of field measurement. By the supervision measurement and non deterministic inverse analysis technique of expansion Calman filter,the initial crustal stress state influence coefficient of surrounding ricks was got. On this basis,the modified basic qualitative indicators [BQ]of rock mass were calculated and the classification of surrounding rock mass nearby tunnel face was determined. Results showed that the rock mass classification method based on field supervision measurement can quickly determine the actual grade of the surrounding rock,which could provide a reference for revising grade of the surrounding rock in design phase and optimizing construction method.
