补强套衬对高速铁路隧道洞口微气压波的影响

         

摘要

A model of EMU( Electric Multiple Units) and a 3D unsteady compressible turbulent model were set up by using computational fluid dynamics software ( CFD ) based on finite volume method ( FVM ) . The f low fields outside tunnel were simulated when EMU was passing through high speed railway tunnel.By measured air pressure gradient at tunnel exit, the influence of location, length and thickness of added lining on micro pressure wave (MPW) were analyzed.Numerical simulation results show that added linings increase MPW of tunnel portals,and the influence is obvious when the added lining is near tunnel entrance or exit.There is a positive correlation between MPW of tunnel portals and length and thickness of added lining.The influence of added lining thickness on MPW is more prominent. Some advices are provided for added lining design for high speed railway tunnel lining strengthening.%基于有限体积法,采用流体力学计算软件建立了动车组模型和三维非定常可压缩湍流模型,对动车组通过高速铁路隧道时的外流场进行了模拟.通过监测隧道出口处的气压梯度,分析了补强套衬的位置、长度和厚度对洞口微气压波的影响.计算结果表明:隧道内设置补强套衬后洞口微气压波有所增大;套衬位于隧道进出口附近时对洞口微气压波的影响比较明显;洞口微气压波与套衬长度和厚度呈正相关关系,且套衬厚度的作用更加突出.依据计算结果对高速铁路隧道补强套衬的设计提出了建议.
