The present invention relates to a micro-pressure wave reducing hood of a high-speed railway tunnel using a precast structure and a construction method for the same including: a foundation concrete that is installed so as to correspond to the ground on both sides of the tunnel progress direction and which has a key groove on the upper surface in the tunnel progress direction; a lower structure which is installed on the upper part of the foundation concrete to be upright by having, in the lower part, the key which corresponds to the key groove of the foundation concrete, and is provided to have a predetermined length in the length direction of the tunnel progress direction and have an arc up to a predetermined height; an upper structure which is provided to have an arc corresponding to both lower structures and connects the upper parts of both lower structures; and a hood structure which is installed in at least one location of the locations in which the upper structure of the tunnel progress direction is installed, connects the upper part of both lower structures, has an arc corresponding to the lower structure, and has a hood opening upwards. Therefore, the lower structure, upper structure, and hood structure are manufactured in the precast structure which is manufactured in a factory, thereby being manufactured to have high quality and equalizing quality. The production costs are minimized, such that the costs of manufacturing micro-pressure wave reducing hood can be reduced. The construction ability is improved and the construction period shortened.
