高速铁路站区小半径曲线的钢轨磨耗已成为影响高速动车组运行品质和安全的重要因素.以高铁动车组和高铁站区小半径曲线为研究对象,采用多体动力学软件,建立车-线多体动力学仿真模型,研究车辆通过曲线时产生钢轨侧磨的动力学原因,并调整超高、轨底坡、摩擦因数、型面等参数的设置,从而确定钢轨侧磨的控制性因素,并提出减缓高铁站区小半径曲线钢轨侧磨的建议.%Rail wear of small radius curve in high speed railway station yard has become an important factor affecting the operation quality and safety of EMU train. Taking the high speed railway EMU train and small radius curve in high speed railway station yard as the research objects,multi-body dynamical simulation model of vehicle-track was built based on the multi-body dynamical software,and the dynamical factors of rail side wear were studied. The parameters such as the super-elevation, rail cant, friction factor and rail profile were adjusted to find out the critical factors of rail side wear and finally,suggestions on reduction of the rail side wear of small radius curve were put forward.
