腹泻犊牛感染的隐孢子虫种类鉴定及基因分型

摘要

为了鉴定陕西省某牛场有腹泻症状犊牛感染的隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium)种类及其分子生物学特征,基于隐孢子虫18 S rRNA和GP60基因位点,对从该场采集到的3例腹泻犊牛新鲜粪便样品进行PCR扩增和序列分析.结果表明,3 份样品全部为Ⅱd 型微小隐孢子虫(C.p arvum),其中 2 份为ⅡdA30G4,1份为Ⅱd A34G4.说明在该牛场中的腹泻犊牛存在微小隐孢子虫感染,需引起养殖者的重视.%In order to determine the Cryptosporidium species,genotypes and molecular biological character-istics in the calves with diarrhea in a cattle farm of Shaanxi province,3 fecal samples of calves with diarrhea were collected.These samples were then examined and analyzed by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based on the gene loci 18 S rRNA and GP60.The results showed that 3 calves were all infected with Ⅱd C. p arvum,and 2 were Ⅱd A30G4 and the other one wasⅡd A34G4.So the calves with diarrhea in the cattle farm had the infection with Cryptosporidium parvum and the attention should be paid.
