钛-钢爆炸复合板的微观组织结构及力学性能

         

摘要

The TA2 and Q345 are welded by explosive welding with appropriate technology parameters, and the microstructure of cladding plate is analyzed and its mechanical properties including tensile strength, shear strength and microhardness are tested respectively. Results show that the mechanical properties of cladding plate can meet the requirements of practical engineering application. Metallographic a-nalysis indicates that the bonding interface presents the pattern of wavy connection, and the great plastic deformation is generated in bonding interface during explosive welding. The degree of plastic deformation is smaller as the distance is farther away from the interface, and its microhardness is lower. XRD analysis of bonding interface near the side of titanium demonstrates that there is no brittle intermetallic compounds precipitation in the bonding interface, and it is advantageous to the bonding strength of cladding plate.%采用合适的工艺参数将TA2和Q345进行爆炸复合,并对获得的爆炸复合板进行微观组织结构分析和抗拉强度、剪切强度、显微硬度等力学性能测试.结果表明,复合板的力学性能良好,能够满足实际工程需要;复合板金相组织分析显示,结合界面呈波状结合,爆炸焊接时,在结合界面处发生强烈塑性变形,距界面处越远塑性变形越小,显微硬度越低;对复合板靠近钛侧界面进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析,未发现有脆硬的金属间化合物相生成,保证了复合板界面具有较高的结合强度.
