试样用HCl - HNO3溶解,采用ICP - AES法同时测定金锡合金中铝、铍、铋、钙、镉、铬、铜、铁、镁、锰、镍、铅、锌等13个杂质元素.对基体金、锡的影响、元素分析谱线、背景校正、仪器分析参数等进行了研究,确定了最佳实验条件.样品加标回收率为90.2%~117.8%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~7.5%.方法操作简便、快速、准确.%Dissolve the sample by HC1-HNO3 and determine 13 impurities including Al, Be, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Zn, Ni, Mn, Pb, and Bi in Au -Sn alloy by ICP - AES method. Confirm the best experiment condition by doing some investigations, such as the influencing factors of the basic element Au and Sn, spectra of element analysis, background correction and instrument analysis parameters etc. The addition standard recovery is 90.2% ~ 117.8% , The RSD is 3.6% ~7.5% , the method is simple, accurate and fast.
