目的 探讨自拟中药汤辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床价值.方法 2010年1月-2011年12月本院诊治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成2组:①对照组40例,口服左氧氟沙星+甲硝唑治疗;②实验组40例,口服左氧氟沙星+甲硝唑+自拟中药汤治疗.观察比较两组的临床疗效、症状体征以及免疫功能改善情况.结果 实验组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后子宫或附件压痛、白带增多、腹痛、附件包块、盆腔积液等症状体征的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)等免疫功能指标水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 临床应用自拟中药汤辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎有助于减轻症状体征、提高临床疗效和改善患者的免疫功能.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of Chinese herbs decoction treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods SO cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients admitted to hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,control group( n -40 )and treatment group( n -40 ). The control group was given levofloxacin and metronidazole only, and the treatment group was also given Chinese herbs decoction. The clinical efficacy,the changes of signs and symptoms, and the improvement of immune function in 2 groups was observed and compared. Results The total efficiency rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05 );fhe incidence of signs and symptoms of uterine or adnexal tenderness, increased vaginal discharge,abdominal pain,adnexal mass,and pelvic fluid in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0. 05 );the levels of interleukin-2( IL-2 )and interleukin-10( IL-10 )in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Chinese herbs decoction treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can alleviate the signs and symptoms, improve the clinical efficacy and patient's immune function.
