Objective To observe the effects of insulin glargine combined with insulin lispro on hyperglycae-mia in acute pancreatitis. Methods Forty-two acute pancreatitis patients with hyperglycaemia were divided into two groups randomly. Group G +L was treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin glargine combined with insulin lispro, while group CSII was treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump. The changes of blood sugar, compliance time of blood sugar, hypoglycemia situation and the cost were observed and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in control of blood sugar, compliance time of blood sugar and hypoglycemia situation between the 2 groups( P >0. 05 ). Significant differences were found in the cost of reducing blood sugar between the 2 groups( P 0.05),但甘精胰岛素组降血糖费用显著低于胰岛素泵组(P<0.05).结论 在急性胰腺炎合并高血糖患者的治疗中,甘精胰岛素联合赖脯胰岛素可以经济、安全、有效地控制血糖.
