乌司他丁对重症急性胰腺炎肾脏保护作用的研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the renal protection effect of ulinastatin on severe acute pancreatitis pa tients. Methods 78 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into control group( 39 cases ) and treatment group( 39 cases ) according to different treatments. Control group was treated with conventional treatment, treatment group received similar therapy besides intravenous injection of ulinastatin 200 000 U,2 times daily. BUN and Cr was re corded in 0 d,3 d,7 d after treatment separately. Results Compared with control group,the incidence of acute kidney injury, mortality, BUN and Cr of treatment group were significantly lower( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Ulinastatin has re nal protective effects on patients with severe acute pancreatitis.%目的 探讨乌司他丁对重症急性胰腺炎患者肾脏的保护作用.方法 将78例重症急性胰腺炎患者分为治疗组、对照组,每组39例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用乌司他丁20万U,2次/d静滴.观察2组患者治疗前与治疗后3、7 d的BUN、Cr变化,以及急性肾损害的发生率、患者死亡率.结果 与对照组相比,治疗组急性肾损害发病率及患者死亡率显著降低(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,治疗组患者BUN、Cr明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 乌司他丁对重症急性胰腺炎患者具有一定的肾保护作用,可作为重症急性胰腺炎患者的辅助用药.
