雾化吸入高渗盐水在治疗儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎合并肺不张中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of nebulised hypertonic saline therapy for mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with pulmonary atelectasis. Methods 59 cases of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with pulmonary atelectasis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group ( 30 cases )and control group( 29 cases Muring 2012. All patients received standard therapy,including intravenous infusion azithromycin,cephalosporin and ambroxol hydrochloride,assisted by chest percussion therapy and postural drainage. In addition,treatment group received 3% hypertonic saline nebulization twice daily. All subjects had taken chest x-ray film both on the 3rd and 10th day after the treatment, while radiological response and atelectasis healing rate were analyzed before and after the treatment. Results The clinical effective rate of treatment group was 40% , while it was 17.2% in control group, there was no difference between the two groups after three days' treatment. After ten days' treatment, the clinical effective rate of treatment group was 76. 7 % , while it was 24. 1 % in control group, there was obvious difference between the two groups( P 0.05).治疗10 d后,高渗盐水治疗组临床有效率76.7%,对照组临床有效率24.1%,高渗盐水治疗组促进肺复张明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005).结论 雾化吸入3%高渗盐水辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎合并肺不张临床疗效显著,且费用低廉、操作简单,值得临床推广应用.
