珠江三角洲村镇混杂区空间规划与管治策略

摘要

文章结合当前珠江三角洲普遍存在的村镇混杂区问题,以佛山为例,分析在镇街主导的发展模式及集体产权的制度背景下村镇混杂区的空间规划体系协调整合及相关政策发展历程,并结合当前国家空间规划政策提出分区分级的空间管控策略框架,强调空间规划布局与配套机制政策相结合,形成体现全域空间发展特点、实施应用性较强的空间管治模式.%As to the problems of desakota area in Pear River Delta,with Foshan as an example,the paper reviews the progress of spatial planning and governance with town-oriented development pattern and collective property right system,puts forward a spatial control framework with national policies.It emphasizes the integration of spatial planning and supporting mechanism,and realizes a regional and effective governance model.
