大型加氢反应器内构件的研究及工业应用

         

摘要

The process and equipment requirements of internals of large trickle-bed hydrogenation reactor are introduced. The technical status of inlet diffuser, vapor-liquid distributor (re-distributor) , fouling basket and hydrogen quench box as well as their advantages and disadvantages and application are systematically studied. LYHC-1 Type hydrogenation reactor internals have been successfully developed by SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation by application of CFD numerical simulation of " Original Dimension Model Construction-Detailed Network Classification-CFX Dynamic Solution" and based upon the associated hardware platform and software platform of Ansys CFX simulation software package. The two-phase vapor-liquid flow and distribution are analyzed and verified with the cold-run test results. The commercial application of LYHC-1 reactor internal in a 2. 0 MM TPY hydrocracking unit shows that, the maximum radial temperature difference at inlet and outlet of hydrotreating reactor of hydrocracking unit is only 2. 2 ℃. The maximum radial temperature difference at inlet, middle and outlet of hydrocracking reactor bed is 1.2 ℃ , which prove that LYHC-1 type internals offer very good performances.%介绍大型化滴流床加氢反应器对内构件的工艺要求和设备要求,系统分析了已经工业应用的入口扩散器、汽液分配盘(再分布盘)、积垢篮筐、冷氢箱的现状,并对不同型式内件的优缺点及适应场合进行了对比分析.中石化洛阳工程有限公司采用“原尺寸模型构建—精细网格划分—CFX动态求解”的CFD数值模拟技术路线,以128节点并行机群为硬件平台,采用Ansys CFX大型仿真模拟软件包为软件平台,开发了LYHC-Ⅰ型加氢反应器内构件,分析了其气液两相的流动状态和分布情况,并与冷模实验结果相互验证.LYHC-Ⅰ型反应器内构件在2.0Mt/a加氢改质装置的工业应用数据显示,加氢裂化装置精制反应器入口、出口最大径向温差仅2.2℃,裂化反应器床层入口、中部、出口最大径向温差仅1.2℃,证明LYHC-Ⅰ型系列内构件具有良好的性能.
