注氨防腐措施在丙烷脱沥青装置的应用

摘要

荆门分公司丙烷脱沥青装置原设计加工低硫渣油,由于所加工的原料减压渣油硫含量逐渐升高,装置内设备硫化氢腐蚀问题日益严重.通过对工艺防腐的分析,装置采用了中压液相丙烷注氨脱硫防腐措施,使系统硫化氢及污水铁离子含量得到有效控制,设备腐蚀得到有效缓解.在设备材质未升级的情况下,装置2008-2010年设备腐蚀台数比2004-2007年减少了38台(88％),使装置长周期平稳运行.%The propane deasphalting unit in SINOPEC Jingmen Company was originally designed to process low-sulfur residue.As the vacuum oil feed contained increasingly higher sulfur,the unit suffered from increasingly serious hydrogen sulfide corrosion.Based upon the analysis of process corrosion protection,the MP liquid-phase ammonia injection in propane deasphating unit was applied,which effectively controlled the Fe ion in hydrogen sulfide and waste water and the corrosion of equipment was mitigated as the result.Without upgrading the equipment material,the number of corroded equipment from 2008 to 2010 is reduced by 88％(38 pieces) as compared with that from 2004 to 2007.The long-term reliable operation of the unit has been ensured.
