操作条件对催化裂化汽油催化精馏选择性加氢脱二烯过程的影响

         

摘要

Experiments for the selectivehydrogenation of FCC gasoline were carried out in a lab catalytic distillation unit using a NiMo/Al2O3 catalyst for selective hydrogenation and diene thioetherfica-tion. The effects of H2/oil volume ratio, LHSVp reaction pressure and reflux ratio on the properties of light fraction obtained from the tower top were investigated. Under the optimum conditions of a reaction pressure of 0. 70 MPa, a reaction temperature of about 140 ℃, a reflux ratio of 2, LHSV of 3 h-1 and H2/oil volume ratio of 10, the obtained light fraction had a total sulfur content of less than 20μg/g, a mercaptan sulfur content of less than 2 μg/g and the removal rate of diolefins was more than 60%.%采用选择性加氢/硫醚化NiMo/Al2O3催化剂,在催化精馏实验装置上考察了氢油体积比、体积空速、反应压力和回流比对催化裂化汽油催化精馏选择性加氢脱二烯过程塔顶轻馏分性质的影响.实验结果表明,较为适宜的操作条件为:压力0.70 MPa左右、反应段温度140℃左右、回流比2、体积空速3h-1、氢油体积比10;在此条件下,塔顶轻馏分的总硫质量分数小于20 μg/g、硫醇硫质量分数小于2 μg/g,二烯脱除率大于60%.
