以醚后重汽油为原料,于进料量为0.4~0.5 kg/h,反应段温度为90 ~ 110°C,操作压力为0.1~0.2 MPa,回流比为1.0∶2.0~2.0∶1.0的条件下,在催化精馏填料塔中进行了催化烷基化反应.在100 mL间歇反应釜中,于反应温度为110°C,反应时间为60 min,催化剂/原料油(质量比)为1∶10的条件下,考察了轻重汽油切割点对醚后重汽油中的中汽油(初馏点~120°C的馏分)烷基化硫转移的影响.结果表明:当轻重汽油切割点为70°C时,中汽油的含硫量为15.98.μg/g,硫转移率为83.14%;结合催化精馏塔对操作负荷和能耗的要求,当生产满足国V汽油调和组分要求的中汽油(含硫量控制在20 μg/g以下)时,回流比需控制在1.5∶1.0 ~2.0∶1.0,此时产品含硫量为17.61 ~ 20.85 μg/g,干点为100~110°C.%Catalytic alkylation reaction in a catalytic distillation tower was carried out with etherificated heavy gasoline as raw material under the conditions of feeding rate 0.4-0.5 kg/h,reaction temperature 90-110 °C,operation pressure 0.1-0.2MPa,reflux ratio 1.0∶2.0-2.0∶1.0.The effect of cutting point of the light and heavy gasoline to the alkylation of sulfur transfer reaction of the medium gasoline in etherificated heavy gasoline was investigated in a 100 mL batch reactor under the conditions of reaction temperature 110 °C,reaction time 60 min,mass ratio of catalyst and oil 1∶10.The results showed that when the cutting point of light and heavy gasoline was 70 °C,the sulphur content in the medium gasoline was 15.98 μg/g and the sulfur transfer rate was 83.14%.Based on the requirement of catalytic distillation tower to the operation load and energy consumption,when the medium gasoline was produced to meet the blending component of the national gasoline standard V,the reflux ratio should be controlled at 1.5∶1.0-2.0∶1.0,and then the product sulphur content was 17.61-20.85 pg/g,dry point 100-110 °C.
