油品罐区火灾爆炸事故原因分析及防范措施

摘要

The causes of fire and explosion happened in tank farms are analyzed in this paper to find out the relationship between the accidents with natural factors such as naked fire,static electricity and lightning as well as personal factors.Preventive measures are put forward from the perspectives of management of fire source,lightning protection,static electricity prevention,and artificial factors control.%本文对罐区发生火灾爆炸事故的可能原因进行了分析，指出火灾的发生与明火、静电、雷电等自然因素和人为因素的关系；然后从加强火种管理、防静电、防雷电、控制人为因素四方面展开论述，提出相关防范措施。
