护理人员对急救生命支持类设备时钟准确率认知水平的调查

摘要

Objective:To investigate the cognitive level of nurses about clock accuracy of first-aid life support equipment.Methods: The status of the clocks of the first-aid equipment in the hospital was investigated.The contents included the name of the equipment,the accuracy of the clock and the time difference of the system.Questionnaire survey was conducted among 815 nurses,including the general information of the nurses,cognitive knowledge about the clock of the first-aid equipment as well as their proofreading situation.Results: The clock accuracy of the first aid equipment was between 14.5% and 26%.The distribution of difference between system time and Beijing time was different with slow time from a few minutes to 24 hours (regarding the long-term unused equipment) and fast time from a few minutes to 2 hours.The cognitive rates of nurses about the importance of first-aid equipment,clock proofing standards,risks of clock inaccuracy,clock proofreading during the process,training before the use of the clock and the necessity to proofread during the use of the equipment were respectively 18.05%,26.32%,12.03%,11.03%,16.04% and 9.02%.The numbers of nurses who proofread the time after the start of the first-aid equipment reached 47.99%.The numbers of nurses who observed time during the use of the equipment was 41.98%.The numbers of nurses who proofread time when they found it was not accurate was 56.02%.The numbers of nurses who told head-nurse when they found it was not accurate was 56.99%.The numbers of nurses who reported to equipment department when they found it was inaccuracy was 48.12%.The numbers of nurses who recorded time according to the clock in the equipment was 45.99%.Conclusion: Nurses had a low cognitive level of the accuracy rate of first-aid equipment.We should not only increase their cognitive level through training,but also take effective measures to ensure quality control management of the synchronization between first-aid equipment clock and Beijing time.Therefore,we can effectively prevent medical nursing disputes.%目的:调查了解护理人员对急救生命支持类设备时钟准确率的认知水平.方法:对全院急救设备时钟现状进行调查,内容包括设备名称、时钟准确率、系统时间差异分布情况;对815名护理人员进行问卷调查,内容包括调查对象的一般资料、对急救设备时钟的认知、校对情况.结果:急救设备时钟不准确率在14.5%~26%.系统时间与北京时间差异分布快慢不一,从慢几分钟到相差24 h(1台长期不用);从快几分钟到2 h不等.护理人员对急救设备时钟管理制度的重要性、时钟校对标准、时钟不准确有隐患、操行流程中时钟校对、时钟使用前需培训、时钟使用中需校对时间的认知率分别为18.05%、26.32%、12.03%、11.03%、16.04%、9.02%;护理人员对急救设备开机后校对时间、使用中观察时间情况、不准确能及时校对、时钟不准确上报护士长、时钟不准确上报设备科、记录数据以急救设备时钟为准的人数分别为47.99%、41.98%、56.02%、56.99%,48.12%、45.99%.结论:护理人员对急救设备时钟准确率认知水平较低,不仅要通过培训提高认知,还应采取有效的措施,保证全院急救设备时钟与北京时间同步的质量控制管理,有效地防范医疗护理纠纷的发生.
