Objective:To discuss the application effect of children's temperament characteristics targeted nursing in the vaccination of pre-school children.Methods:Selected 240 pre-school children receiving the vaccination of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis,hepatitis A and epidemic encephalitis B,and they were divided into control gToup and observation group equally according to numeration table random method,conventional nursing was given to the children in the control group,and children's temperament characteristics targeted nursing was given to the children in the observation group on the basis of the control group,and children in the two groups were compared in average vaccination time,increase of pulse per minute after vaccination,cooperation degree,satisfaction and occurring of adverse reaction.Results:The average vaccination time of children in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of children in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),the increase of pulse per minute of children in the observation group was lower than that of the children in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of cooperation degree and satisfaction of children in the observation group was higher than that of the children in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Adverse reactions such as induration,nausea and vomiting after 3 times' vaccination of children in the observation group were lower than those of children in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The children's temperament characteristics targeted nursing could increase the children's cooperation degree and satisfaction in vaccination,reduce the time for vaccination and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination.%目的:探讨儿童气质特征针对性护理在学龄前儿童预防接种中的应用效果.方法:选择2015年3 ～12月接受流脑、甲肝、乙脑等疫苗接种的健康学龄前儿童240名作为研究对象,采用数字表随机法等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予预防接种常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上给予儿童气质特征针对性护理,比较两组儿童接种平均用时、接种后每分钟脉搏跳动增加次数、配合度、满意度及不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组儿童接种平均用时明显短于对照组(P＜0.05),接种后每分钟脉搏跳动增加次数低于对照组(P＜0.05),配合度和满意度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组儿童3次接种后硬结、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:儿童气质特征针对性护理可提高儿童接种配合度和满意度,减少接种用时,并降低接种后不良反应发生率.
