It introduces a charge sensitive preamplifier read - out ASIC used for MICROMEGAS gas detector, primarily focuses on the circuit structure and makes a detailed analysis for the noise performance of charge sensitive amplifier. According this detectors application, the article implements a new kind of charge sensitive preamplifier chip MMCSA.
