新型智能低本底α、β测量仪上位机软件设计与实现

         

摘要

In this paper , viewing from a new type of intelligent low background α,βmeasuring instrument func-tion,the design and implementation of a new type of computer software for low background α,βmeasuring in-strument is introduced .Using the friendly interface of WPF and the short cycle of C#development , the function of the background , efficiency measurement and sample measurement is realized , and the measurement results are calculated , analyzed and stored .At the same time , the software implement is completely independent of shunt measurement and dual path measurement .And the transmission efficiency of data in different measure-ment modes is given at last .%从新型智能低本底α、β测量仪功能需求的角度出发,主要介绍了新型低本底上位机软件的设计与实现过程。利用WPF界面友好度高以及C#研发周期短的特点,实现了仪器的本底测量、效率测量以及多种样品测量的功能,并对测量结果进行计算、分析、存储,同时该软件实现了低本底测量仪分路测量和双路同时测量的完全独立,并最终给出不同测量模式下数据传输效率。
