产业结构变动下的交通运输发展趋势与建议

摘要

以产业结构变动视角,通过分析32个产业门类区位商阐述了辽宁省优势产业变化情况,其中11个产业显著衰退,21个产业形势较好.未来非金属矿物制品业、非金属矿采选、金属制品等的产品运输将继续维持较大的运输占比;机械、设备、电器及石油、天然气及其制品的运输占比也将呈现下滑态势.据此,提出了三方面政策建议,以期更好发挥交通运输业的基础性、服务性和先行性.%From the perspective of industrial structure change, this article analyzes the changing of location quotient in Liaoning Province by analyzing 32 industrial enterprises.There are 11 industries in recession, but 21 industries appear favorable.For non-metallic mineral products, non-metallic mineral mining, metal products, they will continue to maintain a larger proportion of transportation;machinery, equipment, electrical appliances and oil, natural gas and its products will show a decline.Based on the above, the article puts forward three policy suggestions, in order to better play the basic, service and forerunner of the transportation industry.
