基于LabVIEW的车辆底盘检测系统设计

摘要

采用LabVIEW软件,通过RS232总线和以太网,分别与欧姆龙的可编程序控制器、DALSA的SG1102K40型相机进行通信,实现对车辆底盘进行检测,并建立相应的数据库.该检测系统可实现对车辆底盘进行图像采集、显示、分析于一体,提高了车辆安检的效率,满足了特定场所对车辆的安全检测的需求.%According to RS232 bus and Ethernet which connect Omron PLC with camera of SG1102K40 of DALSA by u-sing Lab VIEW, detection of the vehicle chassis was achieved, and relevant data base was build. The test system combined photo collection with display and analysis that improves the efficiency of vehicle security check and fulfills the demand of safety examine of specific place.
