传统手工生产工艺到机械化自动化生产工艺研究

摘要

针对目前仍然采用传统手工生产的一些企业，实现机械化和自动化生产成为迫切需求；然而，采用传统手工生产的生产工艺与采用机械化和自动化生产的生产工艺是不同的，直接用机械化和自动化替代手工很难满足产品生产要求。所以，要结合传统手工生产工艺，在继承与发展传统手工生产工艺的基础上，形成机械化和自动化的现代化生产工艺。以机械化和自动化为标志的新工艺为机械化和自动化生产线的建立奠定了基础。%For some enterprises of still using the traditional manual production,the construction of modern mechanized and automated production lines became their urgent needs.However,the production process of using the traditional manual production and using the mechanized and automated production are different.The mechanization and automation directly re-placing handwork are not only difficult to achieve but difficult to meet production requirements.So to combine the traditional manual production process,on the basis of inheriting and developing traditional manual production process,the modern mechanization and automation of production processes was formed through the study of traditional manual production process.The new process can lay the foundation for the construction of mechanization and automation of production lines with mechanization and automation.
