一种新型墙体饰面砂浆的制备及应用

摘要

Brickwork imitation as a new type of plasters, which owns a good match with the exterior insulation and it has been widely promoted. However, the efflorescence and easy chromatism encountered in the promotion. Herein,we developed a new low-cost brickwork imitation by selecting appropriate inhibit efflorescence agents, improving formulation and adjustment of the production process. This new product can suppress the efflorescence effectively and eliminate chromatic aberration effect.%砖工仿作为一种新型饰面砂浆,因与外墙保温系统具有良好的匹配性而得到广泛推广,但是泛碱和易出现色差是其在推广中遇到的两大难题.从研究泛碱机理出发,通过选择合适的抑制泛碱剂、改进配方以及调整制作工艺,开发出一种低价实用的新砖工仿.该产品能有效抑制泛碱并达到消除色差的效果.
