金芍凉血颗粒的质量标准研究

         

摘要

Objective:To establish the quality standard for Jinshao Liangxue Granules. Methods:Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Angelica dahurica Radix, Moutan Cortex were identified by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid in Paeoniae Radix RubLonicerae Japonicae Flora was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 µm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (13:87)at the lfow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm. Results:The spots in TLC were clear and speciifc without interference from negative samples. The calibration curve showed a good linear correlation in the range of 0.0824~0.824 µg (r=1) for chlorogenic acid. The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.50%, RSD=0.61%. Conclusion:The established method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and can be applied to the quality control of Jinshao Liangxue Granules.%目的:建立金芍凉血颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对金芍凉血颗粒中的赤芍、白芷、牡丹皮进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法测定金芍凉血颗粒中绿原酸的含量。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(250×4.6 mm,5µm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(13:87),检测波长为327 nm,流速为1 mL/min。结果:薄层色谱特征斑点清晰,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰。绿原酸在0.0824~0.824µg(r=1)线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.50%,RSD=0.61%。结论:所建立的方法简便易行、准确可靠、重复性好,可用于金芍凉血颗粒的质量控制。
