正交试验法优选复方四参颗粒剂的提取工艺

摘要

本文研究复方四参颗粒剂的提取工艺,采用正交试验法,以丹酚酸B提取率和干膏得率为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对提取效果的影响,确立了复方四参颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量水,提取2次,第一次时间为2h,第二次为1h.在最佳提取工艺条件下,干膏得率为16.58％,丹酚酸B的平均量为22.42mg.与正交试验的结果相符,说明该提取方法合理、稳定、可行.%Extraction technology of Fufang Sishen granular formulation was investigated in this work.Orthogonal experiment was used for optimizing extraction technology of Fufang Sishen granular formulation with extract yeild of salvianolic acid B and dry extract as indexes.Three factors were investigated including the amount of water,extraction duration and times of extraction.Optimum extraction technology was as fonows:boiled 2 times,with 8 times amount of water for 2h and 1h,respectively.The highest dry extract rate was 16.58％ and yeild of salvianolic acid B was 22.42 mg.The result was consistent with the orthogonal experiment in present work,which suggested that the optimized technology was reasonable,stable and reliable.
