基于自动检测与机械手的全自动锯片磨削数控系统

         

摘要

文章详细介绍了在数控锯片磨削加工系统中,采用毛坯供给机械手和电感式位移传感器,实现对毛坯上下料,毛坯与成品尺寸检测以及锯片磨削加工等磨削全过程的自动控制方法.其特点在于将磨削过程、毛坯供给与检测三个过程独立开采,使得本文开发的全自动锯片磨削系统,实现在锯片磨削加工同时,一边用机械手来上下料和锯片尺寸的检测,不仅提高了自动化水平,而且有效地重叠了磨削加工时间和毛坯准备时间,显著提高了生产效率.%This paper introduces in detail a automatic control method for the manipulator for feeding workpiece, the checking system and the saw grinding process by a induction displacement sensor and a feeder manipulator. Characteristics of this method is that the grinding process, the workpiece feeder and inspecting are independent processing, so that the full-automatic system of saw grinding system can grind in the CNC machine while a workpiece is fed to machine and the thickness of it is checked. Thus, it can overlap grinding time and workpiece feeding time efficiently, and not only can increase production efficient and automation level substantially,but also can realize FMS for saw production.
